Product Design

Having majored in Industrial Design at the University of Illinois at Champaign – Urbana, product design runs in my blood. Combining a love for design, engineering and innovation it is hard to find a field as vast and challenging as the modern world of product design.

Flex Seating Concept
Built to study ‘dynamic ergonomics’ applied to a seating concept, this mockup allowed the user to effortlessly change their seating position by simply shift their weight in the seat in addition to the typical range of motions provided by existing seating.

Furniture Design

Unable to find tables that fit my furniture design criteria for my condo I designed and built my own dinning and coffee table. Eventually a small run of the dining tables were constructed and sold to the public. The flex seating concept was an experiment in dynamic ergonomics for office chairs.
