Floor Essence
The ‘Floor Essence’ lighting concepts are the second in a series designed to take fluorescent light from mundane to exciting. Built from cast fibrous concrete.

Lighting Concept

Mundane fluorescent lighting is resurrected into a startlingly new industrial form. The concrete base creates a surprisingly stable platform while the lamp is vertical, also a plastic coating around the bulb contains shards in the event of breakage.

By changing the orientation of the bulb from the usual horizontal to vertical the familiarity of the fluorescent light is transformed into a new exciting form. Built from cast fibrous concrete.
